In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Flint; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Michigan are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 9:30 am–10 pm. Flint is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flint follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Arrived around dinner time on Labor Day, and there was a generous number of cars in the drive thru and the parking lot. We chose to go in and were surprised to see every option was available on their line and they all looked fresh. The service was exceptional and the food was exactly as expected. Thank you, Panda!

So I’m at panda express right now on Miller Road in Flint and I ordered the bigger plate. I usually order the Beijing beef and the Kung pow chicken and the orange chicken and my daughter likes to eat the orange chicken with the noodles. They didn’t have any fresh Beijing beef or Kung pow chicken so I waited over 10 minutes for them to cook more and if you look at the picture it’s completely like rock card. It’s like really disgusting. So I called I called the person over the employee over to tell them and they’re like oh well do you want more and I’m like no because it was just made and so the manager sends over like this mushroom dish and goes you can have this for free I go I don’t want this. I’m very very frustrated with the service here. It’s not as good as it used to be. I don’t know if it’s new management or what it is, but I would not recommend eating at this one. I will go to the new one in Davison if at all. My daughter liked her noodles and her cheese Rangoon. Her orange chicken tasted good to me but not her. She normally likes it

Drive thru server Naavi J. needs some re-training to learn to give back credit cards BEFORE handing out your order. I had to drive all the way back to Miller Rd. from Oakland county to get my card back after realizing I did not have it when I went to pay at another store. I must have called 10 times to see if my card was there before anyone answered the phone! Gas ain't cheap to be running back that far! After waiting & asking 3 times for my card back, I spoke up and asked for the Manager louder for the 4th time I was told to "be nice" by this snotty Manager that was there on 7/3/26 @ about 7:30pm. As a senior I don't need a lecture from this little girl! I will never give this location my business again.Thankfully a new Panda Express opened in Davison recently, maybe their employees will be more competent.

The employee working the drive thru window was very nice. The food was hot. The green bean chicken had old over cooked green beans and absolutely no flavor at all. Good thing I have Mrs dash in the car. I tried the BBQ brisket. The meat was very tender however again lacked flavor and really didn't have any BBQ on it. Reminded me of ge Arby's steak bites. The super greens were good. My chow mein was very very dry even the 1 pkg of soy sauce didn't help it. Guess I'll continue ordering from Golden Moon down the road, Wing garden in Flushing or Northern North Sea in Burton. Food is way more flavor and I can adjust the spiciness and add more garlic to any dish at the other places. Prices are cheaper and larger portion size too.

Came into this establishment yesterday 05/22 and there was hair in my food. Called more then 1 time to let them know about it with no answers to the phone. When I finally got in touch with them today 05/23, I was asked if I kept the food or took a picture. I work landscaping so no I didnt keep the food, im not leaving it in a work truck to get hot and smelly in there all day long. No I didnt take a picture because I was working and that was the last thing on my mind. I came in today 05/23 to get the order replaced, which they did afyer I got interrogated about it, only to get back home and there be yet another hair in my damn food, again. Absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. I called to tell them about it again, and mind you I live 20-25 minutes away from there, and they say "if you bring us a picture and the food back we'll see what we can do. Like no im good dude, 2 days in a row is enough for me. Im not wasting my gas to drive 40-50 minutes to go there and back, again. On top of that the manager on the phone admitted yesterday no one was wearing hairnets?? What food place does that? Disgusting.
